He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin Waller and Ruth Waller (Hoffman) of Nelsonville; his siblings, Alan and Mary; and his grandson Torian Bolstad.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kepp; and his children, Andrew Waller (Megan) and Debra Bolstad (Ethan). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
