He is survived by: his parents, Leonard Heitman and Jane Heitman (Bignell); his former wife Stacie Breitung; his children, Cory and Nichole (Ben Peterson); his girlfriend Christine Flak; his brother Mark (Heidi); his niece Katie; and his nephew Matt. He is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
