She was predeceased by: her parents, James Murphy and Mary Murphy (Kinny); her husbands, Harold Opsahl and John "Jack" Dady; her son Douglas Opsahl; her daughter-in-law Victoria Opsahl; and her siblings, Kathleen Hofmann, Rosemary Duncum, James and Robert Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Michael, Marjorie Ott (Jerome), David (Sarah) and James. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
