She is survived by: her daughter Charmain Smith (David) of Wausau; her grandchildren, Scott, Matthew (Sami), Charles, David Jr. and Annabelle; and her siblings, Cindy, Julie, Sue, LeRoy, Jerry, Terry, Rick and Lonnie.
