She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin DeByl and Rosella DeByl; her brother Donald DeByl; her father-in-law Raymond Potter; and her sister-in-law Sandra Potter.
She is survived by: her parents-in-law, Debra DeByl, Betty Ann Potter, Linda Freund (Michael Murray) and Michael Potter (Linda).
Since Sam loved animals, she would encourage donations to the South Wood County Humane Society.
