He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lewis and Mary Lewis (Neugart); his wife Betty Soward; his siblings, Clarence Lewis (Florence), Lester, Opal Fierke (Fred) and Clifford Lewis (Irene); his brother-in-law Leonard Goodness; and his granddaughter Melissa.
He is survived by: his children, Ken Lewis (Paula) of Nekoosa, Wayne Lewis (Penny) of Nekoosa and Carol Flaig (Carl) of Junction City; his grandchildren, Mindy Birr, Spencer Lewis, Clarence Lewis, Kevin Lewis, Holden Flaig and Emily Kucharzak; his great grandchildren, Dane, Logan, Kale, Rylan, Kollin, Jameson, Mason and Adalynn; and his sister-in-law Margie Goodness of Nekoosa.
