He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Christopherson and Laurabelle Christopherson (Dykhuis); and his brothers, Ken and Richard Christopherson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Blum; his children, Todd Christopherson, Vickie Drinkwater (Dean), Brett Christopherson and Tracy Johnson (Ken); his grandchildren, Sean, Rita, Roy, Kayla, Keri, Kacey and Katherine; his siblings, Carol Radcliff, Jack Christopherson (Eileen) and James Christopherson (Barb); and his uncle Henry Dykhuis. He is also survived by 7 great-granddaughters.
