He is survived by: his wife Karen Gardner; his son Felix Gardner; his grandchild Eden Spitrtuse; his siblings, James Baumgart (Dawn), Allen Baumgart (Linda), Susan Hanneman (Douglas), Henry Baumgart (Lori) and Betty Gilson (Ronald); and his in-laws, Joyce Beatty, Ron Beatty, Gene Beatty (Pat) and Dean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
