It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy L. Sweet-Montag of Nekoosa, Wisconsin, born in Shawano, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Moede and Betty Moede (Martzke); and her brother Glenn Moede. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Montag of Nekoosa, WI; her sons, Bradley Sweet of Merrill, WI and Kyle Sweet (Sabrina Snapp) of Verona, WI; her granddaughter Penelope Sweet of Verona, WI; and her siblings, Gale Moede (Susan) of Hewitt, WI, Greg Moede (Lisa Slaby) of Park Falls, WI and Penny Droste (Peter) of Wis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the American Diabetes Association or the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive & Kidney Diseases.
