She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kaczmarek and Angeline Kaczmarek (Nowak). She is survived by: her husband James Lemke Jr.; her daughters, Elizabeth and Christine Lemke; and her siblings, Leonard Kaczmarek and Bridget Kaczmarek. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
