She was predeceased by: her parents, Irv Cook and Brydie Cook (Dupee); her granddaughter Courtney Young; and her brother-in-law Richard Schmidt. She is survived by: her husband Jim Schmidt; her children, Mark Olson (Andrea) and Tracy Young; her stepchildren, Jeff Schmidt (Lisa), Kimberly Walrath (Don), Kyle Schmidt (Kim) and Jamie Schmidt; her grandchildren, Lorby Olson, Danika Young, Gabrielle Young, Jake Young, Phil Schmidt (Celina), Ben Schmidt, Chris Schmidt (Abbie), Taylor Johnson Jr. and D'Mytria Robinson; her siblings, Della Humphrey (Bill) and Richard Cook (Roxanne); and her sister-in-law Diane Schmidt. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
