He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Ostrum; his children, Jerry Ostrum Jr., Brenda Black (Mike) and Laura Johns (Scott); his grandchildren, Summer Johns, McKenna Black, Rylee Black, Boden Ostrum, Gavin Black, Tanner Johns, Lucas Ostrum, Taylor Johns and Jacob Ostrum; his great grandchild Grayson Johns; his siblings, Ed Ostrum, James Ostrum (Laurie), Joe Ostrum (Patricia), LaVerne Adams (Keith), Eileen Savage (John), Ellen Aron, Kathy Hoffman (Bob) and Louise Bubla (Joseph); and his close friend Mike Callahan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, brother-in-law's, sister-in-law.
