He is survived by: his children, Henry Allworden (Gay) of Roseville, MN, Karl Allworden (Susan) of Nekoosa and Phyllis Stensberg (Kevin) of Nekoosa; his grandchildren, Jeremy Stensberg (Lacey) and Chelsea Folta (Neal); his great grandchildren, Rocky, Rowan, Colt Stensberg and Harper Folta; his brother Ken Kukulka (Joy) of Nekoosa; and also Jim Smolarek of Nekoosa.
