He was predeceased by: his parents, John Skurulsky and Bertha Skurulsky (Ocko); his children, Michael Skurulsky and Lori Adams; and his siblings, Fredrick, John, Victor Skurulsky, Mary and Betty Skurulsky.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Skurulsky; his daughters, Catherine Cusick (Patrick) and Ellen Dey (Mike Jones); his stepchildren, Mark Kokmueller and Lisa Woodley (William); and his brother Kenneth Skurulsky (Corrine). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
