We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2019, at the age of 91, Germaine Thompson (Nekoosa, Wisconsin), born in Ivanhoe, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Germaine Thompson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kusnierek and Francis Kusnierek (Bulowski); her husband John Thompson MD; her sister Joyce Moya; her son-in-law Bill Kautzer; and her grandchildren, Todd Herzberg and Isabella Dobkin.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Herzberg (James), John Michael Thompson MD (Jean), Rebecca Gabor (John), Nancy Kautzer and Julie Thompson-Dobkin; her grandchildren, Steven Herzberg (Marilyn), Nicole Crowley (Derek), Eric, Sarah, Hailey Thompson, Quentin Gabor MD (Dana), Abraham Gabor (Andy), Sasha Anderson (Cary), Gabrielle Koren (Tom), Courtney Berg (Andrew), Adin and Finn Dobkin; and her brother Gerald Kusnierek (Phyllis). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the John and Germaine Thompson Good Citizen Award Scholarship Fund through the Incourage Foundation of Wisconsin Rapids.
