He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Wallace; and his brother Sidney Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Matilda; his children, Linda Dentice (John), Sidney Wallace (Jane Beine), Debbie Luedke (Gerald) and Kim Hendricks; his grandchildren, Anthony Tolfa (Naomi), Kristina Longoria (Tony) and Genavie Grzesiak; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Ethan, Alex, Layona and Madison.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the Wisconsin Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or to the UW-Riverview Cancer Center.
