He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Gustin and Maurita Gustin (Reinke); his wife Mary; and his son Timothy Gustin. He is survived by: his children, Susan Gustin, Cindy Bittner (Ron) and Scott Gustin; his grandchildren, Heather Gustin, Alisa Schrader (Tony) and Drew Irwin (Maxine Kremer); his great grandchildren, Glin Gustin and Eleanor Schrader; and his brother Bob Gustin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
