He is survived by: his spouse Donna Jean Neville; his children, Dan Carlson (Dawn), Don Carlson (DaNita), Debbie Vine (Jeff), Denna Meddaugh (Jamie) and Dennis Carlson (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Presley Rhode (Jordan), Peri Carlson, MacKenzie Carlson, KayLeigh Carlson, Madi Vine, Graci Medddaugh, Oliver Carlson and Vivian Carlson; his great grandchild Haven Meddaugh; and his brothers, LeRoy Carlson and Ronald Carlson.
