It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David A. Forde of Nekoosa, Wisconsin, born in Pipestone, Minnesota, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigurd Forde and Lucille Forde (Bittner); his siblings, Betty Ulrich (George Ulrich), Duane Forde and Arden Forde (Clara Forde); and his brother-in-law Dave Meyer.
He is survived by: his former wife Colleen Wixson; his children, Eric Forde, Douglas Forde (Mitzi) and Karma Anderson (Greg); his sisters, Sonja Shuck (Sam) and Sharon Meyer; his sister-in-law Darlene Forde; his grandchildren, Nathan, Christine, Samantha, Haley, Erin, Chase, Madelyn, Dalton and Apple; and his great grandchildren, Serenity and Khalil. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
