He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Blackburn and Mabel Blackburn (Knuteson); his sister Elaine Blackburn; and his half-siblings, Lavina Van Tassel (Edward) and Frank Blackburn. He is also survived by cousins and many extended family and friends.
