He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Bowers and Rosella Bowers (Wade); his siblings, James and Ana Laura; his son Clarence, Jr.; and his stepson Tommy Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. Bowers (Mabry); his children, Valerie, Brenda Armstrong (Gregory), Ronald (Brenda) and Pamela; his grandchildren, Debra, Jasmin, Emanuel, Faith and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Sheketa and La April; his great great grandchild Da'Shaine; his sons, Jerry and Corry Bellin; his grandchildren, Tommy III, Crystal (Adam), Dominick, Kayla, Jerry Jr., Chey and Dom; and his great grandchildren, Jayce, Paityne and Nolan. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
