He is survived by: his father David "Fuzzy" Cournoyer; his fiancée Brenda Sweet; his brothers, Mike Cournoyer (Megan), Rob Cournoyer (Carol Sloan) and Jarred Cournoyer (Desiree); his nieces and nephews, Brittany (Jerin), Gavin, Mikie, Dalton, Linkin (Kearra), Allison, Raland, Trinity, Kaidon, Brysen and Annistyn; his great-niece Sophie; his great-nephew Jerin Jr.; his stepdaughter Darcie Conklin; his stepgrandson David Conklin; his goddaughter Meadow Schroer; and his daughters, Lillian, Gwen and Gracie.
