He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Frederick and Ruby Frederick (Carmichael); and his children, Steven and Tina. He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Jung of Nekoosa; his children, Samantha, Sherry, Chris and Rodney; his stepdaughters, Rhonda and Dawn; and his sisters, Diane Nethercutt and Darlene Patterson. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
