She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Peckham and Bethel Peckham (Moody); her husband Douglas McGinnis; her brothers, John Peckham and Donald Webster; her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Webster and Harold Nelson; and her stepmother Luetta Webster.
She is survived by: her children, Toby Allison (Katrina), Douglas McGinnis Jr. and Virginia Miller; her siblings, Richard Peckham (Barb), Robert Peckham (Sue), Herbert Peckham, Michael Webster (Stephanie), Kenneth Webster (Laura), Daniel Webster, Jean Nelson, Rose Hoffman (Paul), Rita Enderle (Roger), Robin Staniszewski (Joe) and Anne Sullivan (Terry); and her sisters-in-law, Cindy Peckham and Debbie Webster. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Belinda's name to South Wood Humane Society or Tunnels to Towers.
