He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Sandy Volk (Jorge) of Germany, Wendy Jacobson (Jake) of Washington State, Sharlene Smith of Neillsville, WI, Sarah Boyer (Jason) of Neillsville, WI, Clifford Smith of Neillsville, WI, Dawn Boothe (Paul) of St. Augustine, FL, Mike Gurney (Angie) of Granton, WI and Bill Gurney (Kathy) of Neillsville, WI; and his siblings, Mike Smith (Sally) of Neillsville, WI, David Smith (Shirley) of Stratford, WI, Pam Dimmitt (Rick) of Merrillan, WI, Pattie Smith of Mosinee, WI, Deenie Pekol (Mike) of Neillsville, WI and Mark Smith (Tara) of Eagle, WI.. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
