He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Schramm and Esther Schramm (Van Harpen); and his wives, Phyllis (Sell) and Martha Leffler (Elaine). He is survived by: his children, Terry Schramm, Robert Schramm (Donna) and Kathy Flenz (Steve); his grandchildren, Paul Schramm (Julie), Christine Arnold Jr. (Rob), Bradley Schramm, Christopher Neff, Michael Neff, Tammy Neff, Sara Blank (Paul), Eric Schramm (Jenny), Cari Buck (Josh), Ashlee Price (Christopher), Robin Roggenbuck (Steve), Tonya Baumann (Kent) and Aaron Flenz (Ashley); his close friends, Bob, Ann and Linda Schillerstrom; his siblings, Judy, Gene, Jay, Jim, Doug and Dick; his great grandchild Austin; and also, Valerie Vancil of Neenah, Becky, Dean and Joanie.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Bill's name.
