He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Blohm. He is survived by: his son Tom L. Blohm (Cassandra); his granddaughter Sage; his brothers, Robert L. Blohm and Michael J. Blohm; his nieces, Robyn Haley Swanson (Brian), Ronni Blohm and Randi Blohm; and his great-niece Kennedy Saunders.
In lieu of flowers Tom's family will be having trees planted around Neenah is his memory.
