He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Johnson and Millie Johnson of Neenah; his daughter Wendy Mangano; and his brother Tim. He is survived by: his wife Alize; his son Richard; and his siblings, Larry, Connie Suchta, Helen Gloudemans, Chuck, Scott and Rick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
