He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry VanOudenhoven and Johanna VanOudenhoven; his son Joseph; and his brothers, Robert (Marion), Eugene (Blanche), Gerald (Lori), Herb (Janet) and Marv (Donna).
He is survived by: his son Jeff VanOudenhoven (Patty); his partner's sons, Scott Olson (Becky), Brett Olson (Kalyn), Lance Olson (Nancy) and Curt Olson (Tanya); his grandchildren, Steven, Mike (Leonna), Jason (Jillian), Chip (Nicole), Kane, Claire, Chris, Stacie (Greg), Karl and Brandon (Danielle); and his sister Mary Jane Vought. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
