It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandralee Phyllis Phyllis Wagner (Neenah, Wisconsin), born in Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Norman K Wagner. She is survived by: her siblings, Beverly Melzer (Keith), Sharon King and Steven Jahnke; her children, Debra Johnson (David) and Kelly Buenning (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Brandon Johnson, Caitlyn Richards (Jorge), Kyle (Trisha), Kara and Kadin Buenning. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
