Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Samantha Skye Neiss of Neenah, Wisconsin, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 11, on August 29, 2023. She is survived by: her father Jason; and her siblings, Elliott and Eleanor. She is also survived by grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles, her little cousin.
