He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Rogge and Dorothy Rogge (Blank). He is survived by: his children, Steve Rogge of Appleton and Stephanie Mueller of Minnesota; his sister Jan Gauger (Rogge); his nephew Todd Gauger; his niece Lori Chouinard; and his grandchildren, Tevin Rogge, Brookelyn Mueller and Brandon Mueller. He is also survived by three great nephews; two great nieces; and one great-granddaughter.
