He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence C Holz and Elvira O Holz (Marks); and his brother Wayne William Holz. He is survived by: his close friend Priscilla "Jean" Clark; his wife Priscilla "Jean" Holz (Clark); his brother Michael; his siblings-in-law, Diane Holz, Bonnie Bostic (Bill), Sherrie Bombinski (Ted), Curtis Clark (Robin) and Garry Clark (Karen); and his nieces and nephews, Christine Holz (Tim Ball), Sherrie Dorow (Jason), Stacie Bates (Jason), Tiffanie Clark, Meggan Streim (Jacob), David Holz (Denise), Jon Holz (Fran), Brian W Holz (Robin), Brian T Holz (Mindy), Benjamin Bombinski, Christopher Clark and Brandon Clark. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, plus many cousins.
