He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Langdon and Irma Langdon; his son Mathew Langdon; and his sister Rose Mary Buelow. He is survived by: his wife Mary Muggenthaler; his daughter Gina Johnson (Todd); his grandson Jake Johnson; his sister Betsy Steffes (Stan); his nephew Lee Buelow (Vicki); his great-niece Rachel Buelow; and his cousins, Rick Langdon (Karen) and Mark Langdon (Teresa).

In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established form Parkinson's Research.
