He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Miller and Linda Miller (Eake); his parents-in-law, Vincent and Dorothy Crooks; and his brothers, Charles, Albert and David Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Crooks; his children, Pam Weiss (Robert) of Greendale, WI, David Miller of Green Bay, WI and Polly Ebben of Neenah, WI.; his grandchildren, Amanda Kamin (Jered), Jason Hooyman (Cherity), Cassie DeMars (Mike), Emily, Hannah Ebben and Nicholas Miller; his sister Ruby Mehl (Roy); and his brothers-in-law, Tom Crooks (Ann) and Bob Crooks (Ruth). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
