He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Kuluvar and Mary Kuluvar (Buckingham); and his siblings, Kevin and Katherine Kuluvar (Kitty). He is survived by: his son Kevin of Neenah; and his brother Dan of Duluth, MN..
