He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Davey and Margaret Davey (Kuchenbecker); his wife Darlene Meltz; and his parents-in-law, Roy and Alvina Meltz.
He is survived by: his sons, Gale Davey (Jan) of Sherwood and Alan Davey of Larsen; his grandchildren, Cory Davey, Samantha Hoffer (Craig), Alec Davey and Isac Davey; his great grandchildren, Hayden Davey, Maxwell, Bentley, Riley and Brady Hoffer; his sister JoAnn; his brother-in-law John Thiel; his niece Sarah Thiel; and his nephew Kevin Thiel (Lisa).
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
