Richard Shimek Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Shimek (Neenah, Wisconsin), born in Raymond, Minnesota, who passed away on February 21, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Charles J. Shimek; his stepfather Erick Luckstein; his mother Elfie Luckstein; and his brother Larry Luckstein. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his son Paul Shimek (Connie) of Londonderry, NH; his grandson Mark Shimek of Neenah, WI.; his siblings, Donald Luckstein (Rebecca), Charles Shimek (Sharon) and Linda Peters (Fritz); and his siblings-in-law, Tom and Barb Wilde. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Neenah.
