He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Freis and Eloise Fisher (Freis). He is survived by: his wife Mary Freis (Lawson); his daughters, Pamela Freis of Eagan, MN, Kimberly Miller of Farmington, MN and Michelle Balsley (Kevin) of White Bluff, TN; his brother David Freis of Hayward, CA; and his pet Augie.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests contributions to a local animal shelter such as the Neenah Animal Shelter or the Oshkosh Area Humane Society.
