With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patti Jo (Peeters) Chronquist (Neenah, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 18, 2019 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, JoAnn Peeters (VandenHeuvel) and Gerald Peeters of Neenah; and her husband Rich Chronquist of Marshfield. She is survived by: her sister Jayne; her daughter Sarah (Josh Hoover) of Madison; her grandchildren, Sage and Ashlen; and her daughter Emily (Dustin Brown) of Madison.

In lieu of flowers, the family graciously asks for.
