She was predeceased by: her father Lloyd P. Buchanan. She is survived by: her husband Jake; her son-in-law Michael J. Schlafer (Shelley) of Berlin; her grandchildren, Michael S. Schlafer, Matthew J. Schlafer and Stephanie Green; and her great grandchild Elizabeth Ann.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established at St. Mary Catholic Church.
