He was predeceased by: his father DuWayne; and his brother Steve Manteufel. He is survived by: his wife Tena Maynard (Gilbert); his sons, Kevin Manteufel (Kaylie), Bob Maynard (Tracy), Rod Maynard and Randy Maynard (Jessica); his grandchild Reese Manteufel; his children, Jake, Mady Maynard, Brianna Maynard and McKenzie DeGrave (Logan); his great grandchild Aspen DeGrave; his siblings, Randy Manteufel (Holly) and Debbie DeLaCruz (Lorenzo); his sister-in-law Nancy Manteufel; and his close friend Ruby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
