He is survived by: his parents, Daniel La Fountain (Pat) and Nancy Massonette (Wolff); his fiancé Bobbie Hoag; his son Kayne; his stepchildren, Trentin Hoag and Corrina Heider; his grandson Sawyer Novak; his siblings, Scott La Fountain (Vicki), Jesse La Fountain, Jason La Fountain (Kiara), Jonathan Massonette (Katie) and Laurie Davis (Bob); and his stepsiblings, Michael Massonette (Monica), Kari Barrett (Ben) and Jackie Bodde (Shay). He is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews; and 4 great-nieces and great-nephews.
