He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Guhl and Dorothy Guhl. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his son John Guhl (Tracy) of Chippewa Falls, WI; his grandchildren, Kathleen, Mary, Christopher and Nicole; his children, James Guhl of Hudson, WI, Kavya, Curtis and Linda Wolski (Jeff) of Williams Bay, WI; his grandsons, Rick, Brian and Steven; his cousin Helen Adams (Edward); and his brother-in-law Walter R. Ebling (Sandra). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church or the Heckrodt Wetland Reserve in Menasha.
