She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lettau and Helen Lettau (Trader); and her husband Edward Gilbert. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin (Jean) and Jeff (Mary); her grandchildren, Makielyn and Kimbreyan; her great grandchildren, Edward and Arlo Gilbert-Ortiz; her siblings, Lynn Johnson (Mark), Tim (Diane), Bill (Heddy) and Greg; and her close friend Alice Maki.
