She was predeceased by: her husband Donald "Jake" Jacobs; her parents, Joseph Weyenberg and Minnie Weyenberg (Hooyman); her brothers, Joseph, Billy and Daniel; and her son-in-law Jon Erdman.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Schumacher (Jim), Sally Erdman, Linda Abel (Howard), William Jacobs, James Jacobs (Dar) and Brian Jacobs (Paula); and her sisters, Marion Schumacher, Florus Schumacher and Marlene Sutheimer. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
