Louis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Stepter and Jessie Ruth Stepter (Hare); his sister Sharon Stepter (Bowers); and his former wife Barbara A Stepter (Ward). He is survived by: his wife Prudence Stepter (Hitesman); his son Louis III Stepter (Debbie); his stepchildren, Ghiselle Elliot, Todd (Sheila) and Troy Kronberg; and his brother Sherrill Eugene Stepter (Norma Sue).
