It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis D. Blair (Neenah, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Adolph Blair; his wife Elaine M. Krieg; his son Jack; and his daughter-in-law Patricia Blair. He is survived by: his daughter Patty Ganzen (Paul) of Fox Crossing, WI; his grandchildren, Scott Blair (Mary) of Oshkosh, WI and Heather Fenske (Brett) of West Union, SC; his great grandchildren, Andrew and McKenzie Blair; and also, Jan, Sally and Kim. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
