She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Fredrich and Geraldine Fredrich (Ziemke); and her father-in-law David Schroeder. She is survived by: her husband Gary L. Schroeder; her children, Eric Schroeder (Amy), Matthew Schroeder (Tanya), Emily Schroeder (Miko Hinojosa) and Stefanie Schroeder (Colin Gage); and her grandchildren, Brianna, Makayla, Dylan, Kyle, Allie and Liliana June.

In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established for St. Paul Lutheran Church in her name.
