It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Popp (Neenah, Wisconsin), who passed away on February 11, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leona Popp to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Wesener and Ruth Wesener (Ahrens); her husband Marvin Popp; her siblings, Iva Haelfrisch (Ray), Norma Plate (Merlin) and Walter Wesener, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, George, Sr. and Minnie Popp.
She is survived by: her children, James Popp (Judy), Robert Popp (Beverly) and Susan Vander Linden (Michael); her grandchild Jamie Popp (Samantha); her children, Scott Popp (Jen), Chad Popp (Bruna), Carrie Popp (Ebben), Joseph Vander Linden (Tina) and Jessica Koller (Andy); and her sister-in-law Sandra Wesener. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, and one step-great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Neenah Lutheran School or the American Cancer Society.
